State of the game.

Hi. It’s been a while, the last blog post was January last year, I planned on another one but I stopped caring about it halfway through. As for when I last updated the game, that was March 2021. So what the fuck? Where is chapter 2? Do you still care about the game????? Honestly. No. I am no longer working on the game.

I lost a lot of passion for the project as development continued alongside other things entering my life. This game ended up being more work than it really was worth for an audience that didn’t really care for it to begin with. I ended up realising that there was no real point in continuing development for it so I stopped working on it. I had also caring about the Purple Republic somewhere in late 2020 since everyone else left that discord and moved on, I too did the same.

Ok so what’s next.

Nothing. Nothing happens next. You can download the “Final” build of the game, what was done on Chapter 2 and I will be following this blog post up with what I had planned for the future for the game such as mechanics and story wise. When can you expect that? No clue, it’s done when it’s done.

I don’t want to leave this blog on a sour note, when I was working on the game I truly did enjoy it and we (Me and Speghi) had fun doing so. Chapter 1 was a blast and I was suprised that even I got around to finish it. With the second chapter it became alot of work just for the two of us and I would hope more people would help. That never arrived, so it began to stagnate.

• Not Important works now you can fight him and get the stamp as should be
• 100 Fights Stamp now works correctly
• Shop keeper now sells a Phoenix Feather due to there being no Inn.

It’s a prank bro

I kinda rushed this year but I still made something pretty good. I don’t hate all 3 of you, you guys are my only fans and you probably don’t actually play the game. I was planning to make it bigger like some sort of gameplay but I didn’t want to put that much work in for a joke.

Ok since nobody is actually fucking playing the game I give up. I’m instead turning this hard worked RPG in an MMORPG with funny random humour that’s stolen from r/memes because that’s what you want, isn’t it? You want stupid fucking jokes that get outdated quickly huh? Fine here you are I give up.

And you know what? I’m never releasing it, because what’s the point if you’re not gonna play it right? No big loss there

“No Plan” – A Final Drill Short Story

I hope you’re having a wonderful day before Chapter 1 of the PenPRPG finally releases. We are very excited to share the fruits of our labour with you all.

Before that happens however we got some surprises for you. Look out for a release trailer that’ll be published in a few hours. Some say that you might even catch a Premiere of it somewhere on YouTube…

But right now, the surprise we – or to be more precise, I – would like to reveal to you happens to be literature. It’s a little something I was asked to write, as you may recall. Its title bears the phrase “No Plan”. It was deliberately taken from somewhere else. If you read the story, you might be able to guess where.
